We are a family owned company who developed the idea of Kidzdudz.com because like so many other families we have been affected by this rapidly declining economy.  So we sat down one day, brainstormed and came up with this brilliant idea to help others who are in the same boat we are in. By creating this website we are helping to ensure that your children will have plenty of quality clothing to wear without the expense of buying new. 

How it Works

At Kidzdudz.com we strive for simplicity.  We realize that everyone has a lot on their plate in these tough economic times so we designed this site to make life a little easier for everyone, and since you have no control over how fast your kids will grow we wanted to make it both easy and inexpensive to post and/or receive quality clothing for your children.  If you have clothing that your child has outgrown simply post the items on Kidzdudz and you are not only eliminating clutter from your home but you are also helping out another family in need. Or if you are looking for clothing for your child you can log on and tell us what you are looking for and we will match you with someone who meets the same criteria. 

Condition of Clothing

When Posting:  Please think about the quality and condition of clothing that you would put on your children. The purpose of this site is to help each other out by providing gently used clothing for really affordable prices and unfortunately this site can’t be successful if we aren’t honest.  All items must be washed and free of stains, tears, holes or fraying. There should be no less then ____ pieces per box (ppb) for sizes ranging from 5t to newborn, no less then ___ ppb for sizes ranging from 10 – 4 and no less then ___ ppb for sizes ranging from 18-12.   If you ship clothing that is in poor condition then it will be your responsibility to reimburse the cost of shipping to the family that received the clothes as well as the shipping to have the clothing returned if you decide you want the clothing back.  You will have 48 hours from the original notification email to decide whether you would like the clothing returned. If you do not reply within that time then your clothing will not be returned and you will automatically be charged for the cost of shipping for the original transaction. 

When Receiving: When requesting clothing you will not have any options in what you will receive other then the three S’s (Sex, Size, and Season).  In order to keep this site simple the only returns allowed will be clothing that is not in wearable condition. If you believe you have received clothing of poor quality you must email photos to Kidzdudz.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will then verify with the shipper that it is the same clothing that they shipped.  If it is proved that the clothing is not in wearable condition you will be reimbursed the cost of shipping by the shipper.  If the shipper decides that they want the clothing returned they must also pay the cost to have the clothing sent back.

Shipping

Upon receipt of shipping information provided by Kidzdudz.com you will have 5 business days to ship clothing using USPS Priority Mail large flat rate boxes (ONLY) provided free by the post office. The post office can even pick up the package from your house.  This is the most cost effective way of shipping and will ensure that everyone pays and saves the same amount of money.

We realize that in today’s economy everyone is struggling to make ends meet.  We developed Kidzdudz.com as an economical and “green” alternative to providing gently used clothing for our children as they continue to grow like weeds.  Our goal is to link families in need with families who have items to give.
